Refund policy

At FLING, every piece is designed to feel right the moment it reaches you—however, if something doesn’t sit the way it should, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Pieces purchased on sale or made-to-order are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect—please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (unboxing video/photos). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is on us. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing; beyond that, once shipped, they are final.
